I. Application

(1)Eligibility for Application

a.Healthy foreign nationals(with a foreign passport) with good character

b.Hold a high school or higher diploma

c.pass new HSK 4

d.For applicants who were originally Chinese citizens but have taken up foreigncitizenship, NJUCM will execute according to the regulations set forth inDocument No. 83 (2009) of the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic ofChina. Applicants shall hold a valid citizenship for no less than 4 years and arecord of residency in the country for less than 2 years in the most recent 4years.

(2)Application documents

a.Application form to study in NJUCM.

b.A copy of passport information (beyond 6 months validity since theapplication).

c.Photocopy of the highest degree certificate: Please provide the scan-copy ofgraduation diploma and/or degree certificate; For those who have not got thediploma yet, please provide the School Attendance Certificate.

d.A copy of HSK4 Certificate.

e.A recent digital photo with the size of one inch (2.2cm*3.2cm); Backgroundcolor shall be white, no frame; send it in JPG format and name it with yourpassport number.

f.Financial Guarantee Statement (Certificate of Deposit)

g.Criminal Record Check

h.Health Certificate

III. Acceptance

A merit-basedprocess will be organized for students’ entry to the university aftercollecting all candidates’ application documents. The admission package will bedelivered in July 2020.

IV. Entrance schedule

This will bearranged by the International Education College.

Students who areaccepted shall apply for student visa( X1 visa) through ChineseEmbassy/Consulate in your home country with your passport, Admission Notice andJW 202 / 201 Form. Upon visa approval, please register on the designated timespecified in the Admission Notice. Students who only submitted schoolattendance certificate shall then supply the original copy of the academicdegree; otherwise the qualification for matriculation will be cancelled. If thestudents cannot come and register on time, he or she should ask for permissionfrom the university. Otherwise, his or her qualification of admission will becancelled. Students shall bring the original copy of Physical Examination upon registration.

V. Degree awarded and Graduation

Students who havefinished required courses, passed the thesis defense and relevant examinationwill be granted relevant degree and graduation diploma according to theRegulations of the People’s Republic of China on Academic Degrees.
